Qualification :
1). Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
2). Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Work or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations or personal management or in any other allied subject of recognized University/ Institution or equivalent
3). Degree in Law of a recognized University or equivalent
Experience : Experience in the field in responsible capacity of Labour Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Personal Management and/ or in any allied fields.
Age Limit :
General : 18 – 30 years
SC : 18 – 35 years
ST : 18 – 35 years
OBC : 18 – 33 years
PH : 18 – 35 years
Application Fee : Demand draft of Rs. 100/- in favour of Commissioner/ NDMC Delhi payable at Delhi. SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying the application fees.
How to Apply :
1. You are required to bring original copies of the documents substaining your qualifications, Marks, Professional registration, experience, age and category. For OBC, Certificates issued from Delhi State alone will be valid.
2. You are also requested to download the final copy of the application submitted online and bring the same when called for interview.
3. A copy of the passport size photo which is uploaded on to the online application also should be submitted.
4. Submission of false information and forged documents will invite rejection, even after appearing for the interview and may invite appropriate penal action.
5. The decision of the duly constituted board will be final.
6. The eligibility of candidate as regards age and educational professional qualification should be fully met before the online application submitted.
7. A Scanned Passport size photograph (J.P.G., J.P.E.G. and B.M.P. Format) should be uploaded in the application.
8. A print out of the filled in application should be taken immediately on submission and kept in safe custody this need to produced, if called for interview.
9. The NDMC reserve the right to short-list the candidates on basis of the pre-determined criteria which may be higher than the minimum qualification prescribed.
10. That the NDMC reserves the right to make any amendment/cancellation and charges in advertisement in whole or part without assigning any reason.
