Know More About Directorate of Mines & Geology :
Mines project includes issue of challan, keeps track of production and payment done by a Mining Lease. This project also manages all the records of the mining lease and the mine owners.

Major Mineral :
Production :
** Every month the mining lease has to submit their monthly returns to the mines department. This record is provided through Form F1 for Iron Ore, Form F2 for

Manganese Ore and Form F3 for Bauxite Ore.This module keeps track of how much mineral is extracted in metrics tones that are extracted by the mining lease.

Challan :
** This module deals with issue of challan and Security/RTI challan in order to pay royalty, surface rent, dead rent and TCS. This module also consists of respective reports.

Payment :
** This module deals with the payment of royalty, dead rent, surface rent and TCS. This module also keeps track of royalty month rate and dead rent annual rate.

Export :
** Once the royalty is paid toward a particular Grade, that grade is allowed to export across the world. All the export, exporter and trader details are handled in this module. NOC can also be issued which is very much essential to export the Grade outside India.

Inward/Outward :
** Keeps track of movement of files within the department.

Report :
** This module consists of all types of reports and TCS Certificate.

Masters :
** This module mainly deals with creating users, minerals and uploading documents. ** It also deals with creating new Mining Lease and Mine Owner and linking the minerals with the Mining lease.

** Enables end user to know all the related information about the Directorate of Mines and Geology, Exporter, latest royalty, and dead rent rates. It also notifies if any new documents like notices, circulars, and orders are uploaded.

Production :
