An Inter-College Debate Competition “DEPRECIATING RUPEE IS GOOD FOR INDIAN ECONOMY”

Dr. SATENDER KUMAR JOSHI, Principal Satyawati College (Evening) will inaugurate the debate competition
Cash Prizes:
First prize Rs. 5000;
second prize Rs. 3000;
Third prize; 1500
Two Interjection & One Consolation prize Rs. 500 each
Rules and Regulations:
1. Undergraduate students from any affiliated college/institute are eligible for participating in the competition either as debater or interjector student.
2. Only one team from each college/institute comprising of three participants (one for the motion and one against the motion as debater and one as interjector) duly authorized by the college can participate. But prior registration is mandatory for all the 3 cases. Please visit www.satyawatievedu.ac.in for registration form.
3. Every debater student is allowed to speak 4+1 (minutes) including interjection.
4. Debater student cannot participate as an interjector.
5. Debater student can speak either in English or in Hindi.
6. Use of reading materials, mobile phones or tablets etc. is strictly prohibited.
7. Debater/interjector student should register their name, class, course, email ID and college/institute over the phone with any office bearer or they can mail to teacher coordinators of the commerce society given below in between 9:30 a.m. to 3:00p.m.
8. Participant shall produce his/her college ID card on the day of competition (Reporting time 3 p.m.) for verification failing which their registration shall be cancelled and they will not be allowed to participate in the competition.
9. Certificate of participation will be given for all the debater and interjector students.
