DH&FW Society, Yamuna Nagar invites the applications from the eligible candidates for the following posts, purely on contractual basis under SKS Program under National Rural Health Mission
NRHM on contract basis for one year or till the end of the project whichever is earlier.

Remuneration : Rs 70000/- consolidated per month.
2 Name of the post : Ortho Surgeon

Essential Qualification & Experience : MBBS, MS (Ortho) or D-Ortho from institution recognized by Medical council of India.

Essential Qualification & Experience : MBBS or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Medical council of India. Must have completed compulsory internship.
Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
Remuneration : Rs 50000/- consolidated per month
Fee : Rs. 200/- in the form of Bank Draft in favor of District Health & Family Welfare Society(NRHM), Yamuna Nagar payable at Yamuna Nagar
How to Apply :
i) The interested candidates should apply on the prescribed Performa given below addressed to the undersigned giving full detail of his/her bio data (on prescribed format) , with attested photograph and attested photocopies of the certificates, experience & testimonials as per schedule mentioned above and interested candidates should reach for written test / interview as per Interview Schedule given above along with original certificates.
ii) Application form complete in all respects duly filled in by the candidates in their own handwriting in capital letters and signed in the specified space should be sent through Registered Post to the

iii) All the columns of the application form should be filled in. By Hand application will also be accepted on all working day ( Monday to Friday ) between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM before closing date.
