1. “Bachchan Dhamaal Competition” (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is conceptualized, organized and hosted by OnMobile Global Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Tower# 1 94/1 C & 94/2, Veerasandra Village, Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore- 560100- India (“OnMobile” or “Organizer”) and is open for participation for active1 pre-paid and post-paid category of Subscribers2 (hereinafter referred to as “Subscriber(s)”) of Vodafone India Limited, Vodafone Mobile Services Limited, Vodafone West Limited, Vodafone East Limited, Vodafone South Limited, Vodafone Digilink Limited, Vodafone Cellular Limited and Vodafone Spacetel Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Vodafone India”) during the period from 28th January 2014, 00:00:01 hrs to 28th March 2014, 23:59:59 hrs (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition Period”). Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the Competition Period, as it deems fit, and any such change shall be published on the website, http://vodafone.contestzone.in and vodafone.in (“Website”).
2. The Competition is open for all active Subscribers who satisfy the eligibility criteria mentioned in Clause 3 below and who belong to the following Vodafone India telecom circles (“Circle(s)”) of ANDHRA PRADESH, ASSAM, BIHAR, DELHI, GUJARAT, HARYANA, HIMACHAL PRADESH, KARNATAKA, KERALA, KOLKATA, MAHARASTRA, MADHYA PRADESH, MUMBAI, NORTH EAST, ORISSA, RAJASTHAN, WEST BENGAL, UTTAR PRADESH EAST, UTTAR PRADESH WEST, JAMMU & KASHMIR, PUNJAB, CHENNAI and TAMIL NADU.
Eligibility :
This Competition is open for participation for all Subscribers who fulfil the following criteria:
** He/she must be of or above 18 years of age;
** He/she must be a resident of India;
** He/she must belong to any one of the Circles mentioned herein;
** He/she must be an active Subscriber;
** Subscriber must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind; and
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
This Competition is open to Subscribers who have successfully subscribed to the Vodafone Competition Pack (“Competition Pack Members”) and to active Subscribers who are not Competition Pack Members. Any active Subscriber playing this Competition shall be referred to as a “Participant” throughout these Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a Participant.
Participants may directly contact OnMobile at 1800 1234 000 (toll-free) regarding any queries / complaints pertaining to the Competition between 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM, on all working days from Monday to Friday. Alternatively, Participants may send an email to contest@onmobile.com_which will be answered on working days, between Monday to Friday. All disputes must be addressed by the Participants in writing to OnMobile directly and Vodafone India shall not entertain any communication in this regard.

I was playing bachan dhamal 5670330. I had a call from raj Varma in October 2014 that I have won. My mob no. was xx38121965. I was charged too much amount as taxes. But the prize money has not been cleared yet. My e mail id is sharma.rakesh89 AT yahoo.com. My name was shown in luckywinners dot net. The site has been closed and not accessible. I have registers my plea at corporate.del.vodafone and on contest@onmobile but they are not giving any positive response. In fact they are suggesting me to lodge a police complaint. I have paid in 40 bank accounts of Indians whose accounts are KYC verified. If a complaint is lodged the life of these people will that of extremists and would be jailed. As I was told by raj warma my file had moved to higher officer rajesh balaji and sunil mittal who have been behaving with me like extortionist and have charged me on much higher side but my dues are not cleared. They have done many cyber crimes including transferring of my money in a irregular way and their report is lodged in the Delhi police cyber crime cell ,through my ICICI bank, and i have the knowledge where it landed. I have been following their instruction in faith and they are exploiting me since last 13 months. They have ordered me to scratch my vodafone sim send them a scanned copy and they promised me that they will release the funds only after following their instructions. As I have been told they are luring my money into their personal banks and are showing to the KBC department that I have not fulfilled the required terms and conditions. Kindly resolve the issue and give me justice. I do not understand why such corrupt staff members are employed by KBC. I am still receiving the calls from rajesh and sunil to pay more amounts where as I have already paid on much higher side. Kindly resolve the issue.
That definitely is something serious and you should resort to police complaint.
ONCE ALL THE PARTICIPANTS CHECK THE WINNERS GALLERY IN ALL COMPETITIONS THE WINNERS NAMES ARE SAME IN ALL COMPETITIONS. MORE THAN 90% NAMES ARE SAME WHY VODAFONE IS TIE UP LIKE THIS TYPE OF CHEATING COMPETITIONS. THIS IS VERY VERY BAD
Yeah, even I agree to that. The winners are almost the same other very few of them. Strange , does this all winners mentioned even exist in this world? Only looks like few of the winners are genuine or really exist & rest are fake names or should anyone from the organizers side. Who knows the truth?
Also please select and declare also the winners of weekly prize for this contest.All other prizes are declared for this contest not the weekly winners (Rs.25000). Its been 3 months after the contest is over

I'm playing some other contest. So after reading your comments and of other participants, I'm thinking if they are something fishy with these contests played and thinking whether to continue playing the contest.

Mr.Reddy, that is really not fair what happened in your case. How did you get a call from the organizers of this contest? Had you called them earlier and left a voice mail and so did they call you?
So they're saying the results are declared? So, have they published the winners in the website ? Because I don't see any for this contest.

Already one round of tie was played by me on 6th may with 100 percentage success rate. Nnow yesterday also I got the message for another tie round to be played on 13th & 14th

My name is Dinesh rReddy. I am working in media since from long days I am sending to their mail about bachan damal. Finally today one call came from Vodafone contest and they are saying you have eligible for 1st & 2nd level only. Actually I am eligible for all 3 levels. In 1st level my score is 79 and in 2nd level score is 228 and in 3rd level score is 696. Total score is 1003 but they are saying I am selected for level 1&2 but I didn't get any prize they told me two days back results are declared. I think this is fake if you are have got any prize please inform me. I will highlight this issue in media through in India vodafone is doing fake and also I put case on Vodafone in high court. So please respond all the participants in this contest thank you.

I know the competition is over. But how much to score to be eligible for the Level 2 ,1st and 2nd prize?
My name is P.RAM DINESH REDDY i have participated BACHAN DAMAL COMPETITION . You said BUMPER PRIZE WINNER is who is with the highest score across all 3 levels during the competition period will be selected as the winner of 7 lakhs and will get a chance to meet MR AMITAB BACHAN . And also you said in case of a tie 1 round of tie breaker will be tie inducted for all the tied MSISDNs . But hear me SHRIDHAR HEGDE score is 880 , MR DHARMADAS SARKAR score is 946 MR SUBASH C.PURI score is 969 MR HIMANSHU RANA score is 984 and my score is 1003 sir tie means all scores should be equal then how you select MR SHRIDHAR HEGDE to tie breaker round and you conducted tie breaker round on 29 and 30 so you have to inform before 29th but you inform me on 29th evening.

I scored 1003 but they are telling lot as participants score same they didn't intimate tie break round before on 29th april. I got tie break message on April at 8:40pm. Actually tie break round held on 29,30 April. On 1st may I have seen that message totally I missed tie break round. Yesterday I speak with their executive that told me I have selected for level 1,2 only but I have given 696 right answers in level 3. In level 3 we have to answer minimum 450 for eligible. Now what am thinking simply they are covering if we speak correctly they are disconnecting the call and also they told already 3 days back results are announced. These all are fake competitions so today am going to take media to Vodafone store and putting case on Vodafone all proofs are with me. I will go up to supreme court I don't want to leave this easily.
Yes you're right Mr.Reddy. They add all the three levels scores of a participant and if there is a tie, there will be tie-breaker round and whoever scores the fastest and highest will be declared as the winner of the bumper prize. But one thing what I was trying to say was that ,all the participants whoever are eligible for each level prizes will get the same set of questions at the same time for the tie-breaker round questions of each level.
So which means, the other participants names you had mentioned above had got the tie-breaker questions only for the other levels prizes and not for the bumper prize. Here after reading the other comments and scores from the other participants in this forum, it says you're the leader and winner of this contest :)

Mr AJ ONCE YOU READ CAREFULLY T&C FOR BUMPER PRIZE THEY WILL COUNT ALL THREE LEVEL SCORES NOT IN THIRD LEVEL. IN THIRD LEVEL TOTAL 750 Q WILL BE THERE FOR THIRD LEVEL 1ST PRIZE WE HAVE TO ANSWER 450. IN CASE IF LOT OF PARTICIPANTS WILL GIVE 450 RIGHT ANSWERS THEY ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THIRD LEVEL 1ST PRIZE ONLY. NOT FOR BUMPER PRIZE
Mr.Reddy, I think I can answer to that Q. In the T&C of the contest says, anyone who scores correctly 750, are eligible for the 3rd level or bumper prize of the contest. So which even if a person scores 1000 answers correctly and another person answers 800 correctly still both are eligible for the bumper prize. So there will be a tie-breaker rounds for everyone for the bumper prize who've scored more than 750 answers correctly in the initial rounds. And in the tie-breaker round whoever scores the highest and fastest among them will be declared as the winner of the bumper prize.
Also every participant who're eligible or have met the criteria for each level of prize (weekly ,1st,2nd,,3rd...) will get the same questions at the same time for the tie-breaker rounds and later they will be divided or shortlisted for each level prize according the criteria of the each level prize.
I didn't play tie breaker round because on 29th night I got that tie breaker round message on 30th I didn't see that message. I tried to answer on 1st but tie break round is finished on 30 but you observed or not? My total score is 1003 for 1079 questions remaining 21 questions did not come for me. I gave complaint lot of times but they are help less. Now also they are doing like that
