[A] GRAM PANCHAYAT LEVEL :
01 Name of the Post : Executive Assistant
Essential:
a) Must be a citizen of India as defined in Part-II of Constitution of India. and
b) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university. and
c) Diploma in Computer Application from any institute recognised by State Government or Central Government or State Council of Technical Education or All India Council of Technical Education.
Desirable :
a) Post-graduate Degree or diploma in Social Works or Rural Development from any recognised institute or University.
b) Experience in Social Work or Rural Development.

Essential:

c) At least 3 months formal training in using personal computers from any institution recognised by the State Govt. or the Central Govt. or State Council of Technical Education or All India Council of Technical Education.
d) Have a minimum speed of data entry of 6000 key depressions per hour. One year experience of data entry operation in personal computer.
