NOTE:
The above listed candidates should report at Gate no. 5, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh at 8.30 A.M on the given date for checking of original testimonials/interaction.

Candidates must bring following documents in original, along with one set of attested copies of documents mentioned at sr. no. 1 to 5.
1. Proof of Graduation (Degree) & Detailed Marks Sheets (DMC). If the degree has not been conferred, provisional degree be produced.
2. Proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation Certificate showing Date of Birth/ D.O.B Certificate issued by Registrar of Birth and Death).
3. Proof of BC-A Category.
4. In case of Govt. Employee-“No Objection Certificate” issued by the Employer.
5. Original Photo identity Proof.
6. Two passport size photographs one duly attested by the gazetted officer and other one unattested which was uploaded at the time of online submission of application.

Important Instructions :
The Purpose of calling for checking of testimonials/interaction is only to check/verify your claim to the particular category,qualification and age etc. Mere calling for checking of testimonials/viva-voce does not indicate that you have been selected. If any candidate fails to produce original certificates regarding qualification, age or category etc. on the date fixed, no further opportunity will be granted to him/her . In case reserved category candidate fails to produce his/her original testimonials claiming reservation on date fixed, at most he will be considered in general category (if he fulfills all the eligibility conditions of General category) as per marks obtained by him in the test. In case a candidate fails to appear on the date fixed, his claim to the vacancy will be forfeited. In any circumstances, no further date will be given for checking of original testimonials/interaction.

Note : The names of these candidates will only be considered in order of merit for appointment if requisite number of candidates are not available against the number of vacancies after checking of testimonials or if certain selected candidates do not join the allotted stations.
