Phone Banking :
Phone banking system is the interactive voice response system (IVR System). The customer needs to dial the toll free number 18002336427 to avail this facility

The phone banking application will prompt the customer to enter the ‘customer id’ and the “login password” and based on the option selected by the customer the phone banking system will service the request of the customer. In case the customer wants to do financial transaction, he will be required to enter transaction password also.

The features that are currently available in Phone Banking are given hereunder :
a. Balance Enquiry of All Accounts
b. Mini Statement (5 transactions)
c. Statement of accounts by Email (for any period during last 3 months preceding from current date)
d. Statement of accounts by Fax (last 9 transactions )
e. Cheque Status (paid / unpaid)
f. Stop payment of cheque.
g. Inquiry about Debit Card Transaction
h. Fund Transfer (Self A/cs. Within the Bank)
i. Fund Transfer (Third Party A/cs. Within the Bank)

Registration :
All the customers of CBS branches can avail this facility. Customers need to submit the Phone Banking application form to Branch .Two passwords will be generated one for doing non-financial transaction-‘login’ password and other for doing financial transaction – “transaction” password. The passwords so generated will be delivered to the branches. The customer needs to collect the passwords from the branches

Mobile Banking :
Dena Bank’s offers Dena MConnect the convenient and secure way to conduct banking transaction in your account using your mobile handset. You can access facilities like account information, fund transfer. The customer can also avail the post registration services like reset MPIN, change of mobile number.

** Mini Statement (Last 10 transactions)
** Change of passwords (MPIN / Login)

Mobile Banking Registration at Branch :
1. Please visit your branch
2. Submit request on the prescribed application form for registration.
3. Customer has to collect the PIN mailer containing the 4 digit numeric password referred to as MPIN from the branch after getting confirmation from the branch regarding receipt of MPIN. This password is used for doing transaction.
4. After the MPIN is received customer has to send keyword DOWNLOAD to the mobile number 9223175152 through SMS. The customer would receive SMS containing mobile banking application URL link for downloading the software and for creating application password referred to as login password.
5. This facility is currently available on certain makes of Mobile handsets. This facility would be extended to other makes after receipt of the request from the customer. Such request would be accepted from the customer at the time of downloading of mobile application on the handset. In such cases we would strive to work make this facility available on the handset depending on the penetration of the handset in Indian Market.
6. If the customer Mobile handset is enabled for GPRS/EDGE/3G, customer can download the application by clicking the URL link available in the SMS message.

Downloading Mobile Application Using GRPS/EDGE/3G on Mobiles:
Pre-Requisite :
1. Mobile phone
2. GPRS/EDGE/3G Facility activated on the phone through cellular service provider.
3. Mobile handset should have free memory of around 1MB.

Security :
1. All Mobile Banking transactions will be permitted by validation using multi factor Authentication method that is a combination of Mobile number, Mobile Handset properties and also M-PIN and login password which will be set by the customer at the time of activation of mobile Banking application.
2. End-to-end protection of data will be done as the data will be encrypted using internationally recognized SSL encryption standards. SSL encryption ensures that a secure communication is established between the mobile handset and mobile server.
3. Implemented appropriate security measures to protect network equipments, servers and other devices from unauthorized access and tampering.
