3. License Fee – Annual License Charges will depend on the trade type as mentioned in the table 3 above and will be collected only for approved applications.

1 Proof of ownership for leasehold plots/freehold plots/copy of lease deed/conveyance deed and in case the lease & conveyance deed have not been executed, copy of auction letter/allotment letter/possession letter/NOC.
2 Two copies of sanctioned building Plans & sanction letter [in case of unauthorized regularized areas-copy of regularization Plans of existing structures(s) in blue print]. Copy of shed/structure allotted by DSIDC, DDA, DI or any other land owning authorities.
3 One copy of site & key plan each in blue print.
4 Affidavit in prescribed language on Rs.10/- stamp paper duly attested by Notary Public, mentioning therein that the building has been constructed as per sanctioned Plan/ regularization Plan & if at any stage, any kind of unauthorized/irregularisable structure.
5 Constitution of firm, if any.
6 Details of manually operated machines.
7 Consent from DPCC & DFS, if the trade is apparently polluting in nature & prone to fire.
8 Copy of receipts of payments made towards conversion charges, if applicable.
9 Original license of the non-conforming site. (In Case , where allotment is in lieu of the Non-confirming site)
10 Affidavit reg. stopping the mfg. activity at the non-conforming site.(In Case , where allotment is in lieu of the Non-confirming site)
11 Proof of tenancy/ legal occupancy,

1 One copy of site plan with dimensions of the total floor area and showing the area under the occupation of the applicant. (Blue Print)
2 One copy of Key Plan earmarking salient features of the neighborhood of the site.
3 Proof of ownership/tenancy/legal occupancy.
4 Affidavit regarding no unauthorized construction in the premises under consideration in addition to other details.
5 In case the trade is already being run, proof of commencement of the trade i.e purchase vouchers etc.
6 Copy of receipt, vide which compounding charges, parking charges etc. have been paid in case of misuse of non-conforming site but declared conforming use.

1 One copy of site Plan with dimensions (Blue Print).
2 One copy of key Plan earmarking the salient features in the neighborhood (Blue Print).
3 Proof of ownership/tenancy/legal occupancy.
5 Copy of Ration Card/Election Identity Card.
6 Affidavit on Rs. 10/- stamp paper for this category.
7 In case of activity is already being run, proof of start of trade.
For Category code 16 : (Please refer ” Categories of Trades” table above for category code description)
1 Proof of ownership/tenancy/legal occupancy (In case of tenant/legal occupier, the NOC of owner/letter of competent authority).
2 One copy of Site Plan clearly indicating the proposed site in the plot/building.
3 One copy of Key Plan giving the salient features in neighborhood.
4 Copy of the constitution of the firm, if any.
5 Undertaking on the prescribed proforma.
6 Copy of receipt of payment towards compounding charges for conversion from non-conforming use to conforming use.
7 Affidavit on the lines that existing building is structurally safe and sound. There is no unauthorized irregularisable construction in the premises which is under consideration for grant of license and if at any stage the unauthorized construction comes t
8 Structural safety certificate from a Civil Engineer.

Renewal of Licenses :
License Validity Period :
1. Licensee will be at liberty to renew the license upto Three Years in one go.
License Renewal Period and Late Fee Charges :
1. Valid (non-expired) Licenses can be renewed in the month of March and April only without any late fees.
2. Expired Licenses renewed after 30th April and within 1 year from date of expiry of license – Late Fee Charges AT 5% of License Fee per month will be collected.
3. Expired Licenses renewed after 1 year – Late Fee Charges will be double the Annual License Fee for every expired year + 5% of License Fee per month for part months, if any.
(i.e. Late Fee = License Fee X 2 X No. of years + (5% of License Fee X part months), if any)

The Licenses will be renewed automatically on paying the renewal licensing charges at CSB counters.

Allowed Amendments in the License :
Name of the Trade/Storage, Owner/Partner Names and Constitution of .the Business Establishment (such as Proprietorship, Partnership, Pvt Ltd and Public Ltd).
Charges associated with the Amendment of Licenses :
1. Application/Processing Fees – Rs.250-00
2. Registration Charges – NIL
3. Amendment Fee – will be depending on the Type of Amended Trade. (Amendment of trade will be allowed within the trade classification only).
4. Transaction Charges – These charges will be collected for approved applications along with the Amendment Fee and the charges will be depending on the size of transaction (Amendment fee).
