OPAI-2014 Best Paper Competition Guidelines : (For Professionals)
The Best Paper Award Competition was established to recognize research that distinctively rises above the criteria set in selected “Abstracts”. Completed manuscripts submitted to the Scientific Session will be entered into the Best Paper Competition. The Scientific Sessions Chairs work closely with the Judges at the OPAI-2014 to identify and evaluate scientific contributions.
The benefits of submitting full papers to the conference are as follows:
1. Brings high-quality finished work to the Scientific Sessions
2. Best paper award winners are recognized during a plenary session by the Judges.
3. The Best Paper award winners will receive a certificate, memento and free registration in OPAI-2016 conference and the papers will be published in OPAI official serial Journal (JOPAI).
Submitted papers are evaluated and scored on a numerical system based on the following:
1. Introduction
The research question and hypothesis are clearly stated.
The goals and specific objectives of the research are clearly presented.
The author(s) have conducted an extensive literature review on the topic and the paper is positioned within it.
2. Method and Results
The research is grounded in a recognized theory with sound theoretical development.
The results are clearly explained.
The authors acknowledge any limitations of the study.
3. Conclusion
The paper draws reasonable conclusions which are clearly explained.
The significance and applicability of the results are discussed.
The paper informs the readers thinking on the topic.
The paper is well written.
Finalists will be notified on 16th February 2014 and will be awarded at the Valedictory function of OPAI-2014. Judges appointed by the Scientific Committee will attend presentations and evaluate the paper and presenter in following areas : (1) the quality of the research paper; (2) how the author(s) addressed the concerns of the blind peer reviewers; and, (3) the quality of the oral presentation.
Scoring criteria: A total of 75 points will be allocated for manuscript quality and another 25 points will be based on the oral presentation.

All Scientific Paper submitters will be notified by January 31, 2014 as to whether their papers/posters are accepted to present in the 2014 Conference subject to submission of their full paper on or before 27th January 2014.

Can I got my money if I don't want to attend the conference? Because I have already paid the registration fees.
