6 :00 a.m- Cleansing Process (Kriyas)
7:00 a.m – Tea
7:30 – 9: 30 a.m – Practical Class (Asanas)
9:30 a.m – Breakfast
10:30 – 12:30 .p.m – Theory calss, includes Yoga Philosophy, Hatha Yoga, Pradipica, Anatomy etc. Luch and rest.
3:00 – 4 :00 p.m – Pranayama & meditation
4:00 – 6:00 p.m – Practical class
7:00 – Dinner
Eligibility:
The candidate’s age should not be less than 18 years at the time of admission, Yoga Aspirants above the age of 50 may be considered by the executive committee but a fitness certificate is must.
