Job Role:
Responsible for leading a team of Branch Operation Managers
Authorize and check banking transactions
Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and Third Party Products
Regulatory procedures & compliance know how.
Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel.
Establishing standards and delivery of customer service.
Job Requirements:
Qualification- MBA(preferably)
Should have minimum 3 years retail branch operations experience in authorization role.
Should be aware of retail banking processes, regulatory policies & customer interaction exposure.
Should be willing to travel
Should be able to manage teams

Manage productivity and daily operations of branch and morale of branch personnel.
Establishing standards and delivery of customer service.
Job Requirements:
Qualification- First class graduation for any discipline
Should have minimum 1-2 years retail branch operations experience in authorization role.
Should be aware of retail banking processes, regulatory policies & customer interaction exposure.
Should be able to manage teams
