Upper age Limit : 45 years
Minimum No. of Years of Experience : 15 years
Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized university / institution.
Experience: Should have worked in Traffic or Port Operations of any port in Officer / Executive cadre for more than 15 years.
2 Name of the post : Manager(HR)
Grade : E4
No. of post : 01(UR)
Pay Scale: Rs.29,100-54,500/-
Upper age Limit : 40 years
Minimum No. of Years of Experience : 10 years
Educational Qualification : Post Graduate degree from a recognized university / institution with specialization in HR/IR.
Experience: Post qualification experience of 10 years.
Medical Standard: Applicants should be of sound health and should meet the medical standard prescribed by the Company. Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to medical fitness duly certified by the Company’s Medical Officers. No relaxation in health standard is allowed.
