Online Test Admission Ticket and related information :
Candidates appearing for SDUAHER–AIPGMET–2014-15 will be issued a Online Test Admission Ticket (TAT) for identification. Candidates are required to bring the Online TAT and the Candidate’s copy of Date of Birth Certificate / Identity Proof duly attested by the Head of the Institution where he/she has last studied or Gazetted officer from the place of residence of the candidate, which should be similar to the copy which was submitted to The Academy along with the application form for entry to the examination hall. This is mandatory. Photograph in the Candidate’s Copy of Date of Birth Certificate / Identity Proof has to be attested by the Head of the Institution where the candidate has last studied or Gazetted officer from the place of residence of the candidate. Left forefinger impressions to be clear. Smudged and unclear impressions on the applications will be rejected.

The Online Test Admission Ticket gives the details of the test centre assigned to the candidate. The candidate is assigned a Test centre during the processing of his/her application and no request for change in the test centre will be considered.

The Online Test Admission Ticket will be uploaded on web by 08.01.2014. Candidates who are not able to download the Online Test Admission Tickets must contact heldesk on or before 14.01.2014, must contact helpdesk at Ph: 08152-243247 or at email: pgentrance@sduu.ac.in to have the details on the status of the Online Test Admission Ticket. Candidates can also view their test centre details in the SDUAHER website sduu.ac.in through Applicant Login.

Online Test Admission Ticket will be available under applicant login of the www.sduu.ac.in website from 08.01.2014. Candidates appearing for SDUAHER–AIPGMET–2014-15 should download & obtain printout of the Online Test Admission Ticket (Online TAT) for taking the SDUAHER–AIPGMET–2014-15 scheduled to be held on 19.01.2014.
No Test Admission Ticket will be dispatched either by post or courier or in person to the candidates under any circumstances.
Candidates will not be allowed to write the SDUAHER–AIPGMET–2014-15 without the print out of Online Test Admission Ticket which is a mandatory document.
The Online Test Admission Ticket gives the details of test centre assigned to the candidate. The candidates are assigned a test centre which is system generated during the application processing itself, hence no requests for change in test centre would be considered. Candidates are advised to go through the below mentioned instructions carefully before printing the Online Test Admission Ticket (TAT).

Instrustions for printing the Online Test Administration Ticket:
** Candidate’s have to use only Internet Explorer for downloading the Online Test Admission Ticket.

After taking the printout of Online Test Admission Ticket the candidates are cautioned to check the below mentioned details:
Test Admission Ticket number (TAT number).
Candidate’s Name (as mentioned in the application form).
Candidate’s Postal address and contact details (as mentioned in the application form).
Candidate’s photo (as given in the application form).
Test centre details.
Test Timings

*** If the candidate’s photo has not been printed on the TAT the candidate’s have to follow the below mentioned instructions:

Open Internet Explorer –> Click on Tools Menu –> Select Internet options –> Click on Advance Tab –> Under “printing option” make sure the “print background colour and images” option has to be checked.

Open Internet Explorer –> Click on Tools Menu –> Select Internet options –> Click on Advance Tab –> Under “multimedia” make sure the “show pictures” option has to be checked.

In the event of any of the above details missing in the Online TAT printout, the candidates have to necessarily contact SDUAHER immediately.

The candidates are advised to read the instructions printed in the Online TAT carefully before appearing for the TEST.

After the Entrance test is completed the provision for printing Online Test Admission Ticket will be disabled. Hence the candidates must preserve the Online TAT until the admission process is completed.

Note: Please re check the website for any changes / updates before leaving your hometown for the test.

Change of address, if any, during the process of SDUAHER– AIPGMET–2014-15 must be intimated through post / courier / Email / Fax to SDUAHER–AIPGMET–2014-15 office. However, the responsibility for the same rests solely with the applicant.
