Applications are invited from the Citizens of India for recruitment against Scouts & Guides Quota for the year 2013-14 for filling up 02 (TWO) posts each in Group D category , Scale Gr Rs.-5200- 20200 Grade Pay Rs-1800 ; for Jabalpur, Bhopal & Kota Divisions of W.C.Rly.

Age Limit: The age limit 18-33 years as on 01-01-2014.

Minimum educational qualification : 10th pass / ITI / equivalent from recognised board.

Qualifications for scouts & guides quota :-
(a) A President’s Scout/Guide/Ranger/Rover (or) Himalayan Wood Badge Holder (or) a Pre-HWB trained Scout Leader/Advanced Training Guide / Leader / Captain.
(b) Should have been an active member of Scouts organisation for at least 3 (three) years in recent past and should continue to be active;
(c) Should have attended at least one event at National level and one or two events at State Level; # (or) Should have a good record of participation in Scouts/Guides at Unit/District level ;
Note: The eligibility certificates of Scout/Guide should be issued year to the closing date of this notification.

Examination Fee : Rs. 40/-
Postal Order/Bank Draft should be in the name of
(I) Sr Divisional Finance Manager, Jabalpur payable at Jabalpur for Jabalpur Division.
(ii) Sr Divisional Finance Manager, Bhopal payable at Bhopal for Bhopal Division.
(iii) Sr Divisional Finance Manager, Kota payable at Kota for Kota Division.

ii) On the top of the envelope “APPLICATION FOR RECRUITMENT AGAINST SCOUTS AND GUIDES QUOTA” & “ EMPLOYMENT NOTICE NO. 1/SQ/Scout &Guide /2013-14 / Division………. /JBP / BPL / KTT” should be super-scribed.
