How to apply :
The applicant who wants to apply for Aravanaippu Help Welfare Plan shall submit the e-form duly filled-in. He/she shall state true facts in the application.

Follow below instructions to access the application :
1. Click on Services and Forms on the portal.
2. Select Women & Child Welfare Department.
3. List of all services under the department will be displayed. Depending on the method of submission, click one of the links displayed under Action.
4. Acknowledgement with a unique acknowledgment number will be provided.
5. Using the unique registration number, the applicant can check the status of the application on the state portal.
6. Once the status is complete the user has to meet the concerned department person along with the required original documents and collect the certificate from the department person.
