Trainee Life Cycle :
The training cycle is a succession of activities that are carried out by a Software Intern in their six month lively experience at KBFS. KBFS renders personalized training to all its recruits and thus creates a strong base of employee-employer-technology relation. A Software Intern at KBFS is the one who takes their career further to start new challenges. He/She is the right person to stream with the squad of young dynamic developers in the future.

Software Internship Program will have 50 Hrs of Soft skill sessions, which will be handled by IIM Calicut alumnus.

Software Internship Program :
Software Internship Program offered as a joint initiative by Keltron, a government of kerala undertaking in technical association with BigLeap Softwares for 6 months duration which includes 50 Hrs of Softskills
SOFT SKILL : 5hrs/day
THEORY : 3hrs/day
PRACTICAL : 3hrs/day
LIVE PROJECT : 6hrs/day
Highlights of the Program :
Industry Skill Development – Highly modern technical tools are used in the training sessions to give the students an idea of how an industry basically differs from the campus learning and to make them work in those tools as well, skill development programs are designed and executed by experts in the respective domain.
Online Project Management – Students have to manage all there projects online as they have to submit the Application modules of Live projects and their learning assignments, all these details will be managed by the Content Management System in which every student will be given an account, a login Id and password.
Online performance Monitoring – Performance of each student in the Leap Club will be monitored on a day to day basis and will be assessed by the respective Mentors and their based on their performance and respective CGPA will be calculated at the end of each month.
Soft Skill Development – In India almost 60% of graduating students per year are not getting employment, this happens mainly because of the lack of soft skills, Soft skills basically involves aptitude skills, communication skills and leadership qualities.
Internships – Internships are given at Leap Clubs which follows the SaaS model Application Delivery, through which we maintain all the projects in a several centralized servers, and hence have the advantage of working on the projects from across the globe. The students will be assigned particular modules of various live projects.
Interships on Live projects are operated on Open Source Technologies (LAMP :Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) and also follows the SaaS model Application Delivery, through which we maintain all the project in a centralized server, and hence have the advantage of working on the projects around the globe.
