Marriage Assistance Scheme :
Dr. Muthulakshmi Reddy Memorial Inter caste marriage assistance scheme :
The Dr. Dharmambal Ammaiyar Ninaivu Widow remarriage assistance scheme is being implemented by the Tamil Nadu Government to abolish untochability in the community. Inter caste marriage Assistance Scheme.

Scheme-I :
Objectives of the Schemes : To abolish caste and community feelings based on birth and wipe out the evils of un-touch ability by encouraging inter-caste marriage.
Assistance provided : Cheque of Rs. 15,000/-, NSC Bond of Rs. 10,000 and gold coin of 4 grams.
Educational Oualification : Education qualification not required.
Income Limit : No income limit
Age limit :Should have completed 18 years at the time of Marriage.
Other Criteria : Nil
Time limit for sending the Application : With in 2 years from the date of Marriage.

Certificate to be enclosed with application :
1. Marriage Invitation.
2. Marriage Photo.
3. Age Certificate of the bride.
4. Community Certificate of the bride & bride groom.
5. Nativity Certificate of the bride and bride groom.

The Dr. Dharmambal Ammaiyar Ninaivu Widow remarriage assistance scheme is being implemented by the Tamil Nadu Government for rehabilitating the life of destitute widows in the society.

Scheme-I :
Objectives of the Schemes : To encourage remarriage of widows to ensure their rehabilitation.
Assistance provided : Cheque of Rs.15,000/-, NSC Bond of Rs.10,000/-, and gold coin of 4 grams.
Educational Oualification : Education qualification not required.
Income Limit : No income limit
Age limit : 20 to 40 years.
Other Criteria :
Time limit for sending the Application : With in 6 Months from the date of Marriage.

Certificate to be enclosed with application :
1. Death Certificate of the First husband of the remarried widow
2. Marriage Photo
3. Widow Certificate
4. Ist and IInd Marriage Invitation of the remarried widow
5. Community Certificate
6. 10th Marksheet and Transfer Certificate

Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar, Memorial Marriage Assistance Scheme :
The Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar, Memorial Marriage Assistance Scheme is being implemented by the Tamil Nadu Government to improve the educational status of the poor girls. The assistance is given to girls who have completed 10th Standard, +2, Diploma or Degree.

Scheme-I :
Objectives of the Schemes : To help financially poor parents in getting their daughter’s married and to promote the educational status of poor girls.
Assistance provided : Cheque of Rs. 25,000/- and gold coin of 4 grams.
Educational Oualification :The bride should have Completed 10th Std, at the time of marriage. If the Bride belongs to ST, She should have completed Vth Std.
Income Limit : Parent’s income should not exceed Rs.24,000/- per annum.
Age limit : The bride should have completed 18 years at the time of marriage.
Other Criteria : Only one girl from a family is eligible.
Time limit for sending the Application : Application should be receivd at least one day prior to the marriage.

1. 10th Marksheet, Transfer Certificate
2. Community Certificate
3. Income Certificate
4. Ration Card Photo Copy
5. Marriage invitation

Income Limit : Parent’s income should not exceed Rs.24,000/- per annum.
Age limit : The bride should have completed 18 years at the time of marriage.
Other Criteria : Only one girl from a family is eligible.
Time limit for sending the Application : Application should be receivd at least one day prior to the marriage.
