Bharat Electronics Ltd., a Navratna Company and India’s premier Professional Electronics Company requires outstanding Legal professionals with relevant experience for its Corporate Office Bangalore.

Pay scale (Rs.) : Rs. 32900-3%-58000
CTC (approx.per annum in Lakhs) in Rs. : Rs 14.21 lakhs /
Upper age limit as on 01.12.2013 : 50 years
Minimum no. of years of relevant post qualification experience as on 01.12.2013 : 15 Years

Qualification & Experience: LLB from a recognised University / Institution with minimum Second class marks is essential. Candidates with LLM / MBL will be preferred.

Experience :
** Drafting and finalisation of Domestic / International Contracts for supply of products, Transfer of Technology, Joint Development, Exports and Joint Ventures and related commercial aspects, Government procedures and approvals.
** Thorough knowledge of the legal aspects of contract finalisation.
** Liaison with external legal counsel for legal opinion on specific issues.
** Current International Trade practices.
** Protection of IPR’s.
** Filing and obtaining of Industrial license, approvals from SIA/RBI/FIPB.
** Handling litigation and arbitration cases.

Additional Requirements :
** The candidate will be required to handle the entire gamut of legal matters in Corporate Office.
** Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
** Conversant in use of computers and MS Office.

Mode Of Selection : The selection for the above posts will be through interview of shortlisted candidates.

Fee : Demand Draft drawn on any scheduled bank (preferably SBI) for Rs.500/- and Rs.200/- in the case of SC / ST / PWD candidates in favour of Bharat Electronics Limited, Bangalore.
