CTC Designing :
Basic, HRA, Medical allowances, reimbursement, adjustment, welfare fund. Calculation of Net salary, gross salary . With all these you will be in a position to design CTC, design Gross salary break up with regard to minimum wages act, Income tax exemptions and other related labour acts.
Labour Laws :
Factory act, Contact Labour act, Minimum wages act, Leave process, over timing calculation.
Policy implementation, Grievance handling & other IR issues Performance Management, SWOT Analysis, Training & Development, Attrition & Retention Joining & relieving procedures, induction and training.
