Notice:
It is hereby notified that Objective Type Written Tests for 64 vacancies in 26 posts in different Co-operative Institutions of the State against Advt. Nos. 02/2013 and 03/2013 of this Commission will be conducted at 14 Examination Centres on 22/12/2013 (Sunday).

The names and other particulars of the short-listed candidates (found prima facie eligible), for whom Admit Card-cum-Attendance Sheets (hereinafter referred to as Admit Cards) have been uploaded in the Websites, coopwb.org and www.webcsc.org through a LINK.

Each of the shortlisted candidates is advised to take the following steps :-
** click the message, ‘view list & download / print admit card’
** put his / her name or his / her father’s name or part thereof or his / her date of birth in the respective space provided for each such item and click the ‘PRESS’ button appearing below
** check the names and other particulars in the list appearing in 1st Table on the screen and on being confirmed, click the respective ‘Clickbox’ in the 1st column of the said Table
** click the ‘Submit’ button appearing below the 1st Table
** view the Admit Card for self and ensure that the address and photograph are correctly fetched in the Admit Card from his / her own Application
** get the Admit Card printed in a A4-size paper
** AFTER GETTING THE ADMIT CARD PRINTED, OBTAIN A PHOTOCOPY OF THE SAME AND RETAIN IT FOR SELF.

Each candidate is also requested to note that he / she will have to hand over the Admit Card (received by download) to the invigilator in the Examination Hall for retention by the authority, after having signed the same in the space at the right-hand side of the time schedule against each Paper and also at the space provided at the bottom of each Admit Card.

AS MENTIONED IN ADVERTISEMENT NOS. 02/2013 & 03/2013 OF THIS COMMISSION, ALL CONCERNED ARE REQUESTED TO NOTE THAT NO ADMIT CARD IS BEING SENT TO THE COMMUNICATION ADDRESSES OF THE CANDIDATES BY POSTAL SERVICE OR OTHERWISE .

An applicant, whose candidature has been rejected, will not get any Admit Card and he / she will be informed of Rejection Ground Code when he / she fills in the particular field after clicking the message, ‘view list & download / print admit card’ in either of the websites, coopwb.org and webcsc.org and follows the steps mentioned in Para IV of this Notice.

In case any applicant (whose candidature has been rejected and who has been denied Admit Card) has any objection against the ground for rejection of his Application, as it appears in the Rejection List, he / she may contact the Commission’s office on 16/12/2013 (Monday) or on 17/12/2013 (Tuesday) from 11-00 a.m. to 5-00 p.m. along with the relevant Challan copy and the original Admit Card or Certificate related to the Madhyamik / Equivalent Examination and other relevant documents as well as an application containing his / her arguments and the remedy prayed for. The Commission reserves the right to consider and take appropriate decisions on such applications on merit.

If any short-listed candidate finds that there is any typographical error in the spelling of his / her name or his / her Father’s name or any other significant error, he / she may collect the Rectified Admit Card from the Commission’s office on 16/12/2013 (Monday) or on 17/12/2013 (Tuesday) from 11-00 a.m. to 5-00 p.m. on furnishing the relevant Challan copy and the original Admit Card or Certificate related to the Madhyamik / Equivalent Examination.

The candidature of an applicant who has been shortlisted as eligible and is being provided with a single Admit Card and a single Seat No. for appearing in the Objective Tests against one Post Code in respect of Advt. No. 02/2013 and another Post Code in respect of Advt. No.03/2013 will be considered on merit for both the Post Code. Each of such candidates has been assigned two Roll Nos.asincorporated in his / her Admit Card, but he / she will mention only the first Roll No. in the OMR Answer Sheet during the Objective Type Written Test on 22/12/2013.

Only the candidates, who are required to sit for Special Papers on two different subjects (out of the three subjects mentioned hereinabove) apart from Paper-I, will have to appear for all these three Papers on 22/12/2013 (Sunday) at the Office premises of the Commission and their second session will run from 2-00 p.m. to 4-00 p.m.
